I am Juan Giraldo, a digital operations and project strategist. I help teams turn complex ideas into clear plans, connected systems and work that moves forward.
My background combines agricultural engineering, project evaluation, public procurement and systems training. Experience across rural development, public administration, digital communities and international events has shaped how I approach coordination: understand the context, clarify the process and use technology where it helps.
Where I can help
01
Digital operations and projects
Turn open-ended objectives into clear responsibilities, connected tools and concrete deliverables. Map how information moves, organize documentation and tracking, and identify repetitive work that can be simplified or automated.
Bring structure to communication, user support and coordination. Define the purpose of each channel, organize guides and escalation paths, and help distributed teams share information and follow through on decisions.
Coordinate registration, accreditation, check-in, volunteers, vendors and on-site support. Connect the people, information and tools that shape the attendee experience, with clear roles and incident response paths.
Recent work includes digital community operations, user support, documentation and project coordination with distributed teams, alongside registration and accreditation operations for international events.
Earlier work includes administrative and project services at INDER Medellín, agricultural engineering through CIS for MANA Antioquia, and technical assistance and rural development projects in Medellín.
I studied agricultural engineering at Universidad Nacional de Colombia, with further education in finance and project evaluation, public procurement and systems.
Before we start
What information should I share?
The project objective, the people involved, the tools you use and the part of the operation that needs attention. For an event, include the date, location and registration process.
Do we need to replace our tools?
Not necessarily. The first step is to understand the existing process. Clearer responsibilities, better documentation or a focused integration can be more useful than adding another platform. Scope and deliverables are agreed for each project.
Start with a conversation.
Based in Medellín, Colombia. Tell me about your team, project or event and the problem you want to solve.
